Flowers

Bridal Bouquet
Bridesmaids Bouquets
When I picked my coloring I had a French theme in mind I used a Martha Stewart inspired theme for my color pallet which ended up being Capri Blue and Champagne with David's Bridal (where I got my dress and the Bridesmaids dresses). Luckily one of my favorite flowers is blue hydrangeas very elegant and simple. And I really loved how they turned out. We used the Costco wedding set which with our budget was an excellent deal and they were beautiful, already put together and easy to use.  The only thing was the boutonnieres where star of David flowers and I really liked them but my mom hated them. So keep what you are getting in mind if you look into flowers in packages
For the table center pieces and the stage we did purchase bulk hydrangeas from Costco as well but unfortunately they wilted and died which is a tendency with these tender flowers. Costco did reimburse us with the damages to their credit but this was the day before our 10am wedding.
Front Stage Flowers
Getting flowers for the front stage was a mad rush (thank you mom). Getting blue hydrangeas
in late November in Colorado is pretty much impossible on short notice. We ended up going with fairly realistic silk flowers from, believe it or not, Walmart. They turned out beautiful and no one noticed they were fake including our photographer who knocked down a vase of them.
Over all the flowers turned out nicely the only other comment is with hydrangeas be mindful they do wilt pretty quickly so take your pictures before or put them in water after the ceremony to get them to perk up.
